So when the highly anticipated, Dj Drama hosted, mixtape "Dedication 4" failed to be released on it's expected schedule a few days ago It wasn't a big shocker to his fans. His explanation, he didn't want to interfere with the concurrent release of, friend and hip-hop colleague, Titty "2 Chainz" Boi's debut solo LP "Based on a T.R.U. Story". He also noted that he wasn't entirely finished with the tape. You know all the skateboarding & sh!t gets in the way. I feel like Lil Wayne was that guy in college who always turned in his papers late but didn't care about the point deduction because he has the best work in the class.
